@Aether ntm what do you do when a storage device goes bad? ok maybe you ship it up there with some spare and a means to automatically swap it out, what do you do about radiation shielding? the earth keeps alot and I mean ALOT of the shit that would fuck with datacenters away via the magnetosphere, and in orbtit, that protection is lessened.
